Our practice provides annual health assessments for patients over the age of 75 years and assists people with safe living and medication management.
Our GPs work with the Aged Care Team for people needing a higher level of care and provide regular visits to aged care facilities in Campbelltown Macarthur area.
Chronic disease management
Our GPs manage patients with chronic diseases like diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular disease, stroke and renal impairment. We provide systematic care through the use of chronic disease management plans and referral to specialist allied health professionals. Our team focuses on early detection and prevention. We encourage regular checks on cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure.
Men’s Health
Our GPs support good men’s health by having opportunistic discussions on heart disease, lung, skin, prostrate and bowel cancers, and assisting men with erectile dysfunction and depression.
Mental health and psychology services
Our GPs are experienced in the diagnosis and effective treatment of mental illness. Treatment can include referral to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
Paediatrics – including childhood immunisations
Our practice provides childhood immunisation and childhood health care includes baby checks, general medical illnesses, skin conditions, respiratory issues, allergies, learning, speech and behavioural difficulties. In addition to Specialist referral our GPs refer to allied health professionals and include Psychologist and Speech Therapist.

Our GPS provide an onsite blood collection service.
Preventative health for all ages
The practice team encourages annual health assessments, immunisation and other optimum target levels for optimum health. Modifiable risk behaviours include smoking, poor diet and lack of physical activity.
